Lots of supplies in the room: a laptop-compatible safe, an electronic key card and a study table. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Walking distance to The Mexican, where you can have lunch.

We loved views and service at this hotel. There was kitchenette with coffee/tea making facilities, a refrigerator and a washing machine in the unit. It was close enough to Four Mile Beach. We stayed 6 nights and will be back when visiting Australia.
